How much does one of your exhibition stands cost?

Bespoke stands vary in price, depending on the level of intricacy and the equipment involved. Stands can be designed flexibly with custom features and sizing, meaning that we can find a balance between your vision and your budget.

Ultimately a rough cost is hard to estimate without knowing your requirements, stands can cost anything from £4k to £40k upwards, so you’ll need to get in touch and give us an idea of what kind of effect you’re looking for before we can advise.

How long will it take to get my finished stand?

This depends on a number of factors, some of which lies with us and some of which lies with you. We can turn around some stand builds in weeks, others may taken longer depending on custom features.

We will always aim to work to your timescale if we can – please get in touch and let us know your deadlines and we can talk you through the factors involved and what is possible.

Can you source and supply AV/lighting equipment?

Absolutely – we can design, manage and install all aspects of your stand if you want, including interactive and electrical equipment. Likewise, if you have your own team and want to work on this yourself, just let us know.

What sort of events do you supply stands for?

Who shall I contact if I want to make any changes to or have any questions about my design?

At Custom Creative, we have two project managers, one of whom will be assigned to your stand, brand or event project.

They’re designated managers who will be on hand to help you out with any queries you may have, whether they’re improvements, questions or you simply want to check up on your progress.

Do you discuss compliancy with show organizers on my behalf?

Being in the exhibition industry means we often know the requirements a stand must meet at an exhibition venue. Although this can vary from place to place, we can work with organizers at the venue to ensure your stand complies with health and safety and exhibition rules, saving you worry and leaving all the technical parts to us.

Do you offer project management for my exhibition planning?
